Queen of the Valley Foundation is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
The Foundation was established in 1969, by 32 visionary community leaders. Many of these individuals were involved in raising the funds needed to build the hospital, a decade earlier. They formalized their efforts by creating a separate corporation that would continue into the future.
Our Founders’ mission was to make certain that funding would always be available to sustain the highest-quality healthcare possible in this new facility and make it available to everyone who visits, lives and works in Napa County.
Today, the Foundation continues the work of our Founders. We are humbled by the work they did, the vision they had, and the legacy they created. We are delighted to honor our founders at this year's Generous Heart. We hope you will join us.
